Calling all Book Club enthusiasts, and anyone looking to join a Book Club!

Throughout Wexford Book Festival, the Book Centre Wexford will be open all weekend and have staff and information on hand to help you and your book club to get started.

Staff will provide information on recommended reads and popular titles for your club, to ordering services. Also you can sign up to our Book Club card to receive a 10% discount on future titles ordered for your book club.

Relax in our in-store coffee area and let our staff tell you about how you can use The Book Centre as a Book Club meeting place. Join our mailing list to receive regular Book Reviews and news on the latest titles.

The Book Centre is also happy to help those readers not currently in a book club to find a local club. The Book Centre will provide help and advice in setting up a new Book Club and even offer a welcoming venue to hold your book club meetings in the cafe area upstairs.

Title: Literary Lunch with Gerard Stembridge

Acclaimed screenwriter, film director and satirist of Scrap Saturday fame, Gerard Stembridge is guest author for this year’s Wexford Book Festival Literary Lunch in Whites Hotel. Gerard’s sharp wit and entertaining insights to modern Irish life provide the backdrop to his latest book, Counting Down. Gerard’s first novel, According to Luke was published in 2006.
